Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is a shrub belonging to the family Lamiaceae.
Shrub that reaches heights of 50-200 cm, with deep roots, fibrous and tough, anchor, has woody stems light brown, prostrate ascending or erect, much branched, the young branches hairy gray-green are quadrangular section . Can be grown in pots on terraces, taking care to put the pieces on the bottom for excellent drainage, rinvasando every 2-3 years, using universal soil mixed with sand, fertilizing monthly with a liquid fertilizer mixed with the irrigating water, which will be checked and thinned in the winter.
